HLP-50 Cylinder knitting machine mainly produces the soffili yarn which has the construction of the hollow tape yarn outside and the cotton scattered fiber with a staple length of less than 38mm as the feed material inside.

2.8、The combing roller, feed roller, output roller, and ring spindle for de-twisting and take-up are controlled by the independent motors. Their speeds are controlled by the frequency inverters.
2.9、There is the yarn breakage stop device for one spindle. The motor and the feeding stop when the yarn breaks.
2.10、The machine can use compress air to produce thick yarn.
2.11、The feeding should be one or two roving yarn.
2.12、Besides the electric cabinet, the machine can be divided into five sections, ten spindles for one section. They are packed before shipment.
2.13、The parameters can be set, amended and stored by the PLC and human-machine operation.
